Latest update removed the ability to scan prescriptions and submit them. Once entered and submitted, the screen locks on "Submitting." It never actually does it and you have to delete the ap to stop it. Very sad. We have an expression that should heeded by programmers, "If it aint broke, dont fix it!"

I love this app simply because I can scan my refill requests. However, lately I havent been able to use that feature because when the prescription barcode is scanned the app constantly freezes or keeps circling eventually causing me to close the app. Please fix this issue.

The only thing that has changed is that I updated to iOS 10.0.2, but that apparently broke the ability to request prescription refills. The Publix website doesnt allow you to choose "ASAP" like the app does. Ill just order online a day early until this gets fixed, but this was a major convenience to be able to go to the app, tap on Pharmacy, then tap on "Scan Refill", and request the prescriptions be ready ASAP. I hope this gets fixed. They havent updated the app since iOS 10 was released, so I guess Ill just hope they update the app soon and that will fix the issue with prescriptions.

The app keep crashes on the new iOS. I love publix, publix gets a 5 star, but your app need major improvement. Please fix the stability of the app.

It freezes, I cant add items to the shopping lists. Please fix it

Update broke prescription refill. This has not worked for weeks.

Since the last OS update, the pharmacy refill has stopped working. Since this is the primary reason for me to use the app, it has become useless. Refills on line do not allow ASAP choice, which makes this rather less than useful as well.

I use the app and it was good way to create my shopping list but since the last updateI have to login every time I use it. Please fix the login clutch or add a remember login feature.

Recently the app has stopped working. Cant even log in. It is very frustrating because I cant log in here or get the digital coupons to come up online. Please fix

Shopping list item search bar scrolls up when I go to type in it. The button area to check an item of the shopping list needs to be larger. I currently select the item 50% of the time making me go back to the list menu and try again. Indexing of items and predictive list needs work. Its poorly optimized. Hire me to design a better one? :D

Great app, love that I can order subs through it, but unfortunately the Add to Favorites button does not work. Every time I try to save an order to Favorites, I get stuck on an endless loading screen. Please fix! Thank you.

First off, I Love Publix! I loved this App for years and told all my friends about it. Until your last update!!! You took away a Very Important Feature!! The ability to remove expired sale items from your shopping list automatically!!! FIX THIS PLEASE!!! Why have you not fixed this for your loyal guests! We do not have an extra 20 min to delete each expired item one at a time!!

I use this app almost every day to keep my shopping list and I USED to love this app. Now I am constantly having to log in - almost every time I use it. Im about ready to go back to paper and pen. Cant you make a stay logged in option?

Loved this app for a few years. Started getting sluggish and now for over a week wont load. I had really come to rely on it. Please fix.

Frustrating app, its making re-login nearly every time I open it?! Could be very useful if it was less klunky

Prices should be added to make building a shopping list aid in budgeting. Should be able to search for a specific product in coupons area. Online ordering should include all products and pricing.

This WAS a good app. But for a few months now it frequently crashes and requires me to sign back in. After signing in, the recent changes to the shopping list are gone. Please fix this bug.

Cannot log into any account, wont take any password I reset it to.
